Topic Title: Laptop Repair Gone Bad

i bought a toshiba laptop. i always keep it in a case. i take care of it like a baby. i also purchased the 3 year warranty. anyway a light spot formed in the the screen i took it to best buy, the geek squad guy said there was no physical damage. they sent it to the service center. they sent it back and said it just needed cleaning but the spot was still there. they sent it back to the service center they said it had physical damage and wasnt covered. they said they would repair it for 1400.00. i just feel like once they get your money, your on your own. i will never buy there again
