Topic Title: Impossible to pay - insert merchant name - on time

I keep getting a $35.00 late charge, when I know it should of been received in time. I mail it to City of Industry, CA. I live in Calif. It should only take a few days. Anyway payment is due the 6th. They posted my payment on the 7th, too bad ($35.00 late charge), they said you need to mail it by the recommended mail date. What about a grace period? Is this how they make extra bucks, holding your paymets and posting them late!
