My loan was aquired by HSBC, who I have tried to work with to work with to recieve payment booklets, none to this day, they took the loan over in Sept.2004 and it is now April 2005, I have had to have a statement faxed via phone, after many request to even mail me one via USPS, then in Oct.2004 they send me a letter saying I am late with payments and have late fees applied, on a account I have been paying on and have the cashed checks to prove it, HSBC says it was their mistake.

Jan 2005 I recieve the same letter again , they say it was a computer generated mistake, and not to worry about it this will not affect my credit rating, March 2005 , I check my credit rating , showing me delinquent since Oct 2004 til current time, I call they have no idea how this happened, Better Business Bureau involved but I still have no results, then in April 2005, I am glancing in the paper and notice the public notices which has notice to collect for HSBC and there is a scheduled auction to take place, not once do I recieve any letters or phone calls from this company, they have again said "sorry, don't know how this happened."

I had a great credit rating never showed default on anything now I have this lie reported saying I am delinquent and I have all checks cashed by this company showing they recieved the money, then they try to hold a illegal auction to sell my home without my knowledge, without ever notifying me. This company has commited fraud, defamation of character and alot of distress....I have never been late and all calls have been documented with this company
