Topic Title: Identity Fraud and Forgery at Best Buy

A purchase of $2,349.13 was made at a Best Buy store in Fullerton California on my Best Buy account. I did not make the purchase and disputed the claim. Best Buy sent a copy of the receipt with the electronic signature. The signature wasnt close to mine.

They said I would need to send a letter to Delaware to redispute their findings within 14 days. The letter is being sent today. I've never been to their Fullerton store nor will ever go to any of their stores again. These people are inept, lazy and ignorant
