Topic Title: I am one of Best Buy's late charge victims

I just received my Best Buy bill and was charged a late fee of $29. I have mailed my payment each month on the 29th, two weeks before the due date. This month they posted it late and now I am charged. After reading your forum, I can see I am one of Best Buys late charge victims. I called and they would not reconsider the charge even though my payment record is perfect. I am sending my letter of complaint to Retail Services. Please advise what action I can take because it looks like they can stick me with this charge.
