Topic Title: I Am In Charge of Online Banking

Post

I made a payment to my Best Buy account through online banking at my bank. The funds were pulled out of my checking but not applied until the next day. I was assessed a late fee. I called support and they argued with me and said it was the bank's fault. I explained that I am in charge of the online banking at the bank in question and it is not our fault. I explained that any other company applies my payment the same day they take the funds from my account. She said it was impossible that no banks do that and refused to reverse the fee. I closed my account and am waiting on a confirmation. I will make sure everyone I know is aware of the practices of HSBC and Best Buy.

It sounds like the practices of Best Buy are like those of Worldsavings Bank. Deceptive agrrements, bait and switch are the trademark of every crroked business. Best Buy and Warold Savings bank seem to be on the top of the list.
