Regarding the Sudan I wrote: HSBC Avoids Bad Publicity Over Sudan
According to Christian Aid, Talisman's complicity in human rights abuses by the government of Sudan was very public at the time HSBC took them on as a client. The bank was part of a HSBC syndicate that underwrote a Eurobond issue by Talisman in May 2002.

HSBC does care about their image, but our visitors and our staff find the articles before HSBC can pull them off the web. Tonight, for instance, people have been linking in to Household - HSBC Watch from the credit boards. The discussion over there is about HSBC. People perceive that their loans are all prime lans, and many did not realize that HSBC owns predatory lender Household International. We are here to inform.
We read the information on Iran and it was good. HSBC may guard their reputation, and they want good publicity, but John Bond knows that Bank of America continues to grow even though they have been fined a total of approximately US$2 billion. We shall see what John Bond and William Aldinger decide to do.
Your other information is disturbing. Press releases from Household and filings from HSBC claim the bank is adding more compliance officers. How do employees hide what they are doing from the compliance people?

You cannot hide anything.Especially when they have it out for you.Yeah, they nailed me and have effectively illegally disciplined me for participating in a protected act,but when i bring up the same abuses,I am told it is none of my business.even though I actually didnt violate any policy.I have their policies in writing.I need my job to take care of my mom. Well be destitute without it. They have broken every law against me vagrantly, and I will seek reparation under the sarbanes oxley act as well as other laws. They do this but my UM is sitting there on the weekend burning CDs on his PC and designing covers for them sharing them with the next level manager who verbally assaulted me the first time as a part of that harassment..
Bill O'Reilly at Fox news wants good solid information on the oil for food program. Bill won't let go of the issue until he gets to the bottom of it, and his ratings are up as a result.
My advice is to contact Fox News if you want to assist in their investigation. You seem to have a great deal of knowledge on the subject.
Also, here at Household Watch we want to take this opportunity to thank you for your contributions. Our guests are always welcome.
Well I am not claiming that your company didn't due anything wrong, I am simply stating that it seems that you may need some help or therapy. Being fired, devastating at first, is realky no big deal. Going to jail is-where these higher ups will be some day. Move on, don't use credit cards, and dont use your work computer for non work stuff. Play the game and live free.
