Topic Title: HSBC won't let us access our information

retail services will not let myself or my co signer access our account information. they tell my co signer that they cannot give out any information and that they need to talk to me, then when i called they would not give me information and told me that it is not my social # on the account. when i asked who it was then they told me they could not give that info either.
