Topic Title: HSBC Takes Over Suzuki Account

When I received my first statement from HSBC, I already had one late payment. They contributed that to the fact that they just took over Suzuki accounts and it must have "missed me." Thus, I was already a payment behind. Accruing late fees, interest charges etc. Take them to the cleaners!
