Sent payment that did not post to my account. Got a call from them stating that my payment was late. So I made a payment with the late charges added.

A few days later both payments show up on my account. I had not planned on two payments being made at the same time so my bank account was overdrawn and had about $100 in overdraft fees.

When I called HSBC to get one of my payments refunded they said it was my fault that the payment was late and that there was nothing that could be done.

I work in a service industry so when ever I have an issue arise I am very understanding but when I spoke to a supervisor she was extremly rude and short with me and eventually HUNG UP on me!
