Topic Title: HSBC RS- Address change right only for repossession

I opened my account 2 years ago for a purchase of a motorcycle. One year later I moved and IMMEDIATLY notified HSBC of my change of address. Despite MANY attempts I still have not received a single bill at my new address. Customer service is staffed by a bunch of jerks that eventually come to the conclusion that they do have the right address and I must simply be a moron.

So I wait for the next month to come around and I get no bill. I really like to pay all my bills on time, but I honestly have too much going on to always remember without ANY form of reminder. I have asked for a payment booklet for me to send in my payments on my own and they have refused. Of course, since I make several payments late I rack up a lot of late fees. They have even threatened to repossess! By the way, that was the ONLY time they have gotten my new address correct!

I know that when it comes down to it I still have the responsibility to make payments on time, but they have a responsibility to keep in contact with me! It makes me feel good to know that I am not the only one with this problem.
