Recieved Phone call from HSBC stating husband's motorcycle payment was 3 months behind. We had called several times where bike was purchased and were told that company was always behind on processing new purchases and payments would not start until processed by HSBC or Suzuki.

Spoke to woman on the phone from HSBC and she told me that I would have to have something from the post office on postal letterhead stating that the address was correct. Post office would not comply. Said “it was not their problem to deal with”.

Hsbc had wrong address- address is East Lafayette and they had Lafayette which is 2 miles on the other side of town.

HSBC refuses to change the address until something produced from the postal service, who still refuses. So some one else is receiving my bill every month. We have not received a bill yet. They also refuse to give me an online site so that I can view bill and pay it that way.
