These guys are the old Beneficial Finance. the 800-365-0175 number works but they didn't have an account under my social so they gave me a fax number to send my information to. This is their research department. 757-523-3221 I had an item pop up on my credit report that showed:

Status: Inactive/Never Late

I never openned this account.

I did not open an account with any of the businesses listed at the bottom of your page, and I have a balance with these people. This is nuts! Do we report this to the Better Business Bureau? I see I can contact Experian and HSBC NV, but someone needs to shut these folks DOWN.
Thanks for the assist with this, but please let me know how others are doing in their attempts to clean their credit reports.
