I have tried for the last 2 years to get the following account which I only have the following digits xxxxxxxxx18 which I acquired from Experian when I was in the process of purchasing my home. The social security number your company has in their file is not mine, the date of birth is not mine even the name of the account holder is not mine. I am at my wits end trying to fix this, I am currently without a home living with family and friends that will take us in because your company wrongly sent me to collection for an account that I have no knowledge of and no information on. Your company is well known by the FDIC for fraudalent lending practices, you have ruined my credit and prevented me from providing my wife and daughter with a home. My lawyer and I will be sending this as far up as the judicial system and the FDIC as to how you have refused to fix this problem and are costing me the right to own a home.
