Topic Title: HSBC just hangs up on me

I have been trying to set up a payment plan with your company so my car doesn't get reposessed and it will have all my payments caught up within the next three weeks. All I get from your company is hung up on. Until my husband was laid off and subsequently dismissed from a job he had for 15 years we didnt have this problem. Where is your understanding and assistance? I thought lenders were supposed to work with their clients not force them into bankruptcy.
