HSBC did not pay my real estate taxes, so now I am on the town list of people who have not paid their taxes. I am a business owner and this is going to hurt my business. One month before this they lost my mortgage payment and I had to go through the trouble of sending them proof that it was their fault.

Twice HSBC told the town tax collector the "check is in the mail." How many times have we all heard that line?

WELL I AM TAKING ACTION AND I AM GOING TO SUE THEM. I will never do business with them again, and will not even call them for the time of day.
