Topic Title: HSBC Collection Agency Change of Address

I moved, reported my address to HSBC. I never received any bills at all from them. Then I receive a bill reporting to my credit agency that I owe over 160 dollars and that they are reporting me to a collection agency. I have called them and they say that they have sent bills that I have never received. The last charge that I made on my account that I can remember is over 8 months ago, and that was paid.
