Topic Title: HFC Says I'm Late

Despite paying over 2,000 dollars on my mortgage the last few weeks, HFC says I'm still behind on my payments. Plus, they've sent me a notice of foreclosure procedures to come! Please let me know if you've heard of such shenanigans before and what I should do to stop their harrassment.

HSBC is unable to or unwilling to keep an update account of our extra payments to principal. Their records are not up to date and they won't take an extra principal payment over the phone or via the internet. It must be mailed in and is often creditited as miscellaneous funds. I then have to place a call to customer service and tell them where to apply the funds even though it is noted on the invoice and check as well. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this one out.

I here are a couple of numbers for you that might help.... Director of Customer Relations... MARTY MILLELA 1-800-685-5880- Ext. 3404 or TERRY WASHINGTON 630-758-3789. I wrote the post "Beneficial Finance Run Around For Deceased" I still have nightmares. I want to sue them for Damages. They let go of the loan too easily once they knew I had a case against them. Now I want to Sue them. If ANYONE know of a LAYWER that will help me SUE for DAMAGES please email me at jjmbrat@comcast.net I plan on making the Government aware of these people and there business practices. WRITE to your State Reps, Congressmen, Senators. Tell them how you are treated by this company. They need to be investigated by the Government. WRITE NOW! Let me know how it goes TM.

I know how you feel. I am going through the process right now. HSBC h,eld my mortgage payments, and said that I was late. I have an attorney, I live in Denver, CO. I even rec'd a phone call today from someone at HSBC, they don't care if you have an attorney or not, they will call and harass you. I am taking this one all the way to my local government. HSBC IS A FRAUDULENT AND PREDATORY COMPANY!!! I see a Class Action Law Suit on the horizon!!!!!!
