Topic Title: GEFC for my Suzuki sold to HRSI

Post

My dream came true now and it is a nightmare! I purchased a 2004 Suzuki with financing from GEFC. They sold my loan to HRSI! I make a payment of $300.00 to Suzuki/GEFC but there was no sign of payment, no invoices, nothing!

I call GEFC and they tell me call HRSI they handle your loan payments, I do they don’t have any record of my loan my bike nothing! I get an insufficient fund notice from my bank for $300.00. Finally I call the dealer and get the HRSI phone number and call them, and now they find me in the system and tell me my account is going to collection.

So I make a payment of 452.48 and bring my account ahead by a month they inform me that my check for the $300.00 will be sent back to me, I thought well it bounced anyway. I went and purchased a new tire for my bike after getting paid and some other things, and was checking my bank balance. It was a negative balance - overdrawn!

HRSI cashed the check for $300.00 the day after I paid the 452.48. Everything I purchased hit the bank from my card to checks I wrote, and I was charged over $350.00 in fee's due to the check they said they would send back!

This gets worse, no money all week; I pulled a direct deposit advance to pay these charges of $650.00 in all, and my account is still overdrawn. I call HRSI and she says we were only sending some checks back due to the change of companies and we have no record of the $300.00. So I have the check photo copied and a copy of my statement and I go and FAX it to the collection dept as I was told to do by HRSI.

I call them and no fax was received they tell me fax it again, I make certain the number is correct and the heading is also.

I fax it again! The fax is received say's the place sending the fax. I call again they say no fax receive! They put me on hold for 30 minutes for a supervisor and they get back on the phone and tell me they are busy right now! This is never going to end! I hate these people with a vengeance!

No money, I am still pulling out of this over $900.00 in the hole after all is said and done and they send me a bill just now for $204.00. The bill shows a credit of $300.00 and below it a debit for $300.00. It was cashed and then subtracted from my balance. I am furious now.
