Topic Title: GE Capital and HSBC Transition was bad

When HSBC took over from GE Capital, they did not credit the payment that was sent days before I got the notice. They claim to never have received it however the check has been cleared and returned to me.

They continue to duck phone calls, and after 8 months, I am filing a law suit.
