Topic Title: Fraud Investigation

I am futily trying to find Household Bank, (SB), N.A., P.O. Box 15521, Wilmington, DE 19850--5521, telephone number. They have a credit account in my Mother's name. This is a fraudulent charge and they require photo ID.

Unfortunately, her entire wallet was stolen with Driver's license I.D. and she is in a hospice home, bedridden. We cannot process their fraud investigation without proper ID. I am not even sure if I am contacting the right people so if I have reached you in error I apologize. Time is of the essence that we find their phone number. Thank you.
