I am still having issues from an account I opened back in 1994 in Colorado. I ordered one bedroom set and ended up paying for two. Because I am in the military, I did not know I was paying for two bedroom sets becasue they did not update my address like they said they would. I took this issue to disputes; however, they said it was my obligation to pay the money.

I tried to research and find where they shipped the other bedroom set to and they could not give me any information from that. I also looked at a copy of the supposed contract I signed, but it was not my signature. I got to look into the case which found that it was a fraudulent incident through the company. All they did was turned my account over to a collection agency that continues to update a late collection entry on my credit report almost monthly.
