Topic Title: Five Letters Confirming My Change of Address

I notified Household - HSBC of my new change of address.....WHY am I holding FIVE separate LETTERS confirming this? This is bad business and makes me not trust who is doing the work.

From what I see on this website I don't trust that my address will be changed either. Or is it that 5 different letters confirm this now that Household - HSBC is going to get busted for this scam?
