"The FBI's Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) referred 48,252 fraud complaints to federal, state and local law enforcement agencies last year, triple the 16,775 referrals it made in 2001." (Source: Computerworld, April 10, 2003)

If you mailed your payment and it was credited late it might be mail fraud.

If you paid online using hrsaccount.com and it was processed late, does it qualify as a valid FBI IFCC fraud complaint against HSBC - Household?
