Topic Title: Electronic Payments No Longer Accepted

HSBC was taking my electronic bank payment for a year then mysteriously began to credit my account back for the payment within days of payment being made. I contacted them and they said they have never taken electronic payments. Because of this cycle I have gone 30, 60 days late on my payments. When I called to inquire I was given the brush off immediately with not one person looking into the problem. I guess the Better Buisiness bereau is the next step? Please Help!

Told me my bank was at error for a returned payment. Called my bank and they verified that I have never had any returned payments for the life of my account.
