Topic Title: Demand For Phone Payment - India Calling

My wife has an account with HSBC. Ever 2-3 weeks we get a call from HSBC. The person on the other end of the phone is usually someone that can’t speak English very well. We can not understand them at all. They want a payment over the phone and it will cost us $15.00 more every time they call. They are rude, intimidating, and harassing.

That means we pay an additional $15-$30 a month. I believe that the persons that call are warned if they do not get the payment over the phone, they will be fired. I am fed up with the way that we are treated. I am ready to call the FTC, FBI, OCC, and the FDIC.

Someone help us with this. They even took money out of our account before they said they would, leaving our account overdrawn.
