Topic Title: Debt Relief Network and HFC (HSBC)

We owe HFC just over $5,500, including many late fees and interest. We went thru Debt Relief Network to get help and at first HFC agreed to work with them. Now they've filed suit against us. We're getting a lawyer soon. Any advice or comments on this subject?
