Topic Title: CompUSA Interest Free Period is Wrong

Per HRSaccounts - I have an account with CompUSA that was supposed to have been set up for a no-interest account until Jan 2006. The account wound up being a 6 month account. After having been in contact with CompUSA's store manager three times, he has insisted that they have informed Retail Services of the account changeover. Since then... (about 7 weeks ago) - I have still yet to see a bill from HRS. I received the first two without issue. I have yet to receive a third.

I placed on online payment that should meet their deadline (despite not receiving a monthly bill), but I'm afraid that when the 6 month policy runs out, I will start getting hit with interest charges, and as it seems they conveniently forgot to send me a bill this month, late charges as well. Any advice for what I can do regarding this matter would be appreciated.
