I made a purchase at Best Buy for 0% interest for 18 months about a month ago. A few weeks later I received a mailing regarding changing my mailing address. I gave the correct address on the application and the person at Best Buy confirmed information on my drivers license. Two days ago I received a voicemail form a collection agency stating that my payment was late.

My wife paid over the phone and was charge an debit card fee and I was also assessed a late fee (this is probably going on my credit report). Today I received my bill for next month and I do see the late fee applied to the bill. I think this company may have committed some fraudulant behavior.
