I will never buy another thing at Bestbuy again, because of their choice in financial institutions. I never got a bill in the mail. After many attempts to get one, I accrued late fees, and although they were taken away finally (after many phone calls to customer care) they have been charging me "debt cancellation" which I never enrolled for. I called and had that removed at the toll free number, now, I have to wait and see the next way they'll try to rob me.
GOD ALMIGHTY< Do something to convince the CEO's of BestBuy to be proactive and shake up these predators. It's Circuit City for me from now on if I ever buy anything requiring financing. "Eighteen months interest free financing" MY ANUS! This finance company will FORCE you to be late by making sure your statement doesn't come in time. I'm afraid to mail a payment that's not registered mail... I'm sure as *beep* afraid to pay the bill online. BestBuy should at least be made to take the payments, that way HSBC couldn't lie and charge unlawful late fees.
