I had a credit card. They knew my history was fair but later we lost a fourth of income disability now we are going to lose another fourth. They were going to try to work a hardship with us, but now they sold our account to a collection company that is threatening us.

We have large medical bills and other credit problems. They now say they are going to or may sue us.

They have attached large fees onto this account. Before selling it was only a $350.00 line of credit we owed less than this amount but now owe almost $1000.00 and raising. They have never notified us they were going to sell this account to OSI or account portfolio LLC. Which I have an idea is still owned by HSBC, but every one denies .

I feel like we have been used.
