Topic Title: Account closed at customer request mis-reported

My credit history is pristine, impeccable, flawless -- except for 1 deliquency report from HSBC Retail Services. Statements were unclear and deceptive. Customer service personnel were rude and hostile when I asked questions. When I paid the account in full and closed it, HSBC reported that THEY had closed the account.
