Hey I have a sure fire solution, when they call don't speak with them but answer it with a TV channel one that will confuse them like nick or disney.
And if you really want to get to them you can play *beep* and be sure the speaker is up close and personal haha.
A friend suggested it and I will do it as soon as I get another call, I've been ignoring them but it's becoming irritating to have them call all day. I bet when they hear *beep* or cartoons they'll stop calling.

I work for a state legislator and our office has now been called over 5 times after we have specifically asked to be removed in the future.
I work for legislator who has authored our state's "do not call" legislation.
This company has messed with the wrong person.
Many states have laws preventing phone harrasment. If you live in Wisconsin, you can report HSBC to https://nocall.wisconsin.gov/web/includes/help/Telemarketer%20Harassment273.pdf.
Call your state legislator and see if your state has a similar program. We'll see what we can do on our end.
