AA in Canada said: “I am a ex-credit card holder and have some outstanding balance which resulted to leave the country without settlement due to me loosing the job. I sent several emails to the bank asking for a easy settlement but I did not get a possitive answer.

KS in New Hampshire said: “Household Bank ruined my vacation. I posted a rush payment on June 26th for $1600 to cover my card use during my June 29th – July 4th vacation with the family at Hershey Park in Pennsylvania. The $1600 payment was removed from my checking account on June 29th yet my $1600 payment did not get credited to my account until July 7th.

KK said this about her Carson’s credit card from HSBC: “In June 2009, I received a account past due letter from HSBC for purchases made in April 2009 using my Carson’s charge card in. On the same day as I used the Carson’s charge card I also used another card. The charges on my other card came through as normal and have been paid.
