DG in Rhode Island said: “I received a letter from HSBC today, informing me that my credit limit was lowered from $13,000 to $2150. I called and asked why. HSB stated the decision was based on my credit report and my account history. However, my Experian credit score is 795 and i’ve never ever been late with a payment in my 5 years of doing business with them. HSBC is so full of it and couldn’t give me a straight answer.”
AC in Missouri said: “I keep getting calls from 214-488-6895. I dont have any clue why they are calling me. I dont have any loan with HSBC. They keep looking for someone named Ronald. I keep telling them they have the wrong number and to please add it to their company records that my number does not belong to Ronald and please stop calling me.
