A Mississippi resident said: “I have a HSBC Musician’s Friend account and since I have had the account, many of my payments were posted late that were sent out on time and I was charged late fees, and when I complained they had many excuses from “it went to our other office by mistake” or “we didn’t receive it.”

raised. I was also told HSBC does not participate with the stimulus plan. My husband asked if the interest rates went down, why do you increase our mortgage?

The horrible thing is I have reported HSBC to the BBB and was told they feel like HSBC did all they could and I was giving them the problems! I have been working on this since the origination of my loan in oct 2007!
