I too have been charged a $15.00 on the phone only to be told the next month that the fee was not paid when in fact it was and months later at that. When is someone going to do something about this? Im ready to just have HSBC pick up the damn motorcycle.”

HS in California said: “My 92 yr. old mother is being harrassed by HSBC/RS to pay for some articles of clothing that Gottschalks says she purchased in Mar. 08. She didn’t buy what they say she did so she has refused to pay. There are 5 other people in her area with the same name, but they are insisting that it was her and she is getting so angry and frustrated that she may have a heart attack and die. What can be done to stop this from happening?”
WR in Minnesota said: “I was told my late fee, would be waived, because my payment was due on a Sunday and my payment was posted Monday, late. Best Buy then adds the late fee to my next statement, it was now 72 dollars, I thought it was waived so I paid my usual amount for 32.00. Now they say that if you don’t pay the full balance due, it is considered a late payment! So now BestBuy has been adding a 39.00 late fee to my account every month making my minimum payment close to 200 dollars! This is absolutely wrong! HSBC should not be allowed to do this! Please help me stop this!”
