BA in Minnesota said: “We canceled the one dollar charge and now it is 16.92. We do not want insurance (Debt cancellation) and called, which took a hour as the phone line will not give time to even give account #. This the second time we have tried to have it cancelled.

Therefore, we have to call to make payments and be charged a $15.00 fee. Although, I have sent a letter and called requesting statements be sent to a new address and new e-mail address, this has not been updated. I have not received a statement in over 6 months and cannot make payments on-line.”
