They cannot locate two of the three accounts that are listed on my credit report and show the one account that they located as closed due to inactivity. But that does not mean the account is closed, it can be reopened by using the card. They cannot reactivate the account to close it because it is already closed due to inactivity, but if my ex-wife was to use the card it would be honored and the account would be reactivated. Does this make any sense?”

Well, HSBC has informed me that money grams bounce and that me and my husband owe late fees. We always send more than the minimum payment and late fees but we still get calls everyday at the same time. I’m just about ready to let the car go back cause I am so sick of HSBC. Has anyone else have had problems like this?”

In 2006 I purchased a Suzuki motorcycle, 2 years later I still owe what I paid for the motorcycle, even though I made extra payments and was never late. At least I didn’t think I was late. But I could not understand why the balance only went down a small amount. After reading the horror stories, you really must watch companies like HSBC. I don’t know why Suzuki would even do business with them. You try to get them on the phone and they keep you on the line for hours and when you finally get a person they say it’s not their department and transfer you to a hang-up. Now I know they are nothing more than crooks. I know I’m using stong language, however, they are snakes and this knowledge will be most helpful and I know I must get them paid-off and out of my life.”

As part of the promo for signing up with their Music123 Card, it was stated that an additional 10% will be deducted from my purchase price after 60 days. In addition, Music123 has a price match guarantee that lasts for 45 days. Now, I found a merchant that sells the guitar for about $40 less. I promptly called Music123 about this (this was way before the 45 day time period) and they readily deducted the difference from my account.
