KS in Texas said: “The HSBC calls from 800-395-7724 started on 9/18 and haven’t stopped. I started filing complaints with the FCC and will continue to file a complaint for each phone call until it stops. I suggest you do the same. The link to their online complaint form is http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm”

It drained our overdraft protectection account and cost us over $600 in overdraft fees. They only reimbursed $140. They caused our car note to be returned and numerous other serious problems we are still trying to correct.”

BP in Minnesota said: “I have been receiving calls from HFC Beneficial for over 7 years! They keep asking for a woman that I don’t even know and I tell them she is not here and never has been and please don’t call here againn! I am on the don’t call list and I told them that! They asked me if I knew the woman they were calling for and I said no, but she did live in the apartment building that I lived in and the jerk from HFC asked me to go get her! You can only imagine where I told him to go! I am reporting them to the do not call list people! What idiots, and inconsiderate unsupervised jerks! What kind of people run an organization like that??”
