How come you can pay you property taxes a day late when they fall on a sunday and these idiots get away with this, the worst thing to is I paid my brothers for him on line at the same time and they slapped him with a late charge to. Cant wait to get rid of them.”

They simply “lost” a loan payment and put a 30 day late on my credit which cost me a low rate conventional refinance. They corrected the problem too late for me to get a decent loan. I figured out the ultimate way to get back at them. You can do the same if you have a second mortgage.
Tm in California said: “Sold my car to pay off HSBC. Buyer sent check to HSBC to pay off car, title and letter to state loan was paid and was sent to me and I released the car to the seller. HSBC now claims the loan is not paid off even when I have the PAID IN FULL ORIGINAL LOAN DOC! The buyer has the title and has taken the car. HSBC seems like they dont even know that and wants money. What is up with this company? Now my credit is ruined and TransUnion wont accept the paid in full documents to close the account on the credit report.”
