DL in Minnesota said: ” I have been dealing with this for years. Had 2 HSBC accounts. Best Buy and Galyns. When I moved and called to change my address they did not… I called multiple times over months. They sent my bills to atleast 4 addresses that I know of, and then finally to my correct address. During this time they are charging late payments and my promos expired, racking up extra interest! HB in New York said: “I am in Brooklyn New York. The HSBC on Fulton Street (Brooklyn Law school building) has got to be the worst in customer service. The officers and tellers are lethargic. At lunch time which is the busiest, they only have ONE person at the window. Today I stood in line for 20 minutes and had to leave. This is the way they operate regulary. People have complained to the branch manger but to no avail.”

RD in Missouri said: “Within the past week, I have received at least 4 separate calls from United Recovery Systems, on my cell phone. The calls came from various 800/888/866 numbers. I answered at least 2 of these calls and told the person they had the wrong number; I told them to take me off their list. These two calls both asked for a “Lashonda.” I am quite sure I have received more calls from them prior to this past week. This morning, after I received the call and told the caller to take me off their list, I called back to complain. I was put on hold and am currently waiting, now for about 20 minutes for someone to pick up. This is very annoying.”

MF in California said: “I’ll keep this brief. HSBC’s on-line service AND their phone service and their employee accuracy burned me 3 times and cost me money!! Even when I COULD get someone to say they would fix it, alas they never did!!! I’m still e-mailing them to try to get my money over 3 months later!!”
