BK in Pennsylvania said: “I cannot pay my kawasaki bill online. The website is not valid. I am not paying extra to pay over the phone. I’ve been paying it online for years and now all of a sudden I can’t!”

NB in Idaho said: ” I have never done ANY business with Benefical Finance. I am being forced into bankruptcy and now they say I OWE them $2500.00! I have never borrowed from them, nor had any business with them, nor have I ever received a statement from them. What’s up with that!!?”

I have different accounts with Household companies since 1999 and up until maybe a year and a half ago. At that time I began having problems every single time I called Customer Service. Nothing was ever noted in my account when ever it was said to be, harassing phone calls through out the day, calling my work even after they were told not to, and given such horrible treatment. In August of 2007 I began to have financial problems and kept in contact with all my creditors when ever I was going to have problems making a payment or would be late making one.

CA in Canada said: “I recently called HSBC customer service because I was complaining about the past due amount of $97.00 which I don’t deserve. They didn’t send me the statement that I should be getting every month for 3 times. It’s a good thing that I was able to pay them on time by just relying on my own memory. I even called them to inform them about not receiving a statement but still I didn’t receive any statements from them. On the third month I made a check to pay the balance in full to close the account and I also included a letter to formally state my reasons for closing it.
