WC in Minnesota said: “I read the comment on how branches are not allowed to handle customer service issues. (see it here) That’s not true in all branches. We are there to handle customer issues. Usually the manager or sales assistant. Some branches might not allow it, but that is not the norm in our region and not encouraged.
We help as much as we can and then find ourselves dealing with the same poor customer service as they do for getting answers.”

CC in Illinois said: “In 2004 I had an unsecured tax loan hsbc for $2833. I filed with my wife. The money was taken by an agency my wife owed. I paid the full amount back, but my credit report states I owe them $320. I haven’t received a reason why I owe this money. The credit report is updated as a charge off.”
KS recently said: “I just finished reading about the complaint regarding the sale of the optional payment protection coverages, and must agree that this writer hit the nail on the head. I lost over 50 loans when managers refused to run loan documents unless the client took all three coverages and a home & auto plan. One of these managers went as far as removing me from the building so he could play hard ball with the client.

Now I am getting harassed, saying that I didn’t pay it off by the required date and now owe like $250 in interest payments.
