J.G. said: “I was about to recently refinance my home. I found that through HSBC there has been a credit card opened in 08/06, which my husband and I have disputed with the credit reporting agencies. The balance is $1543 on a $2000 credit limit. We have been unsuccessful so far with HSBC to remove this. It is definitely not ours. What can we do, please?”
KK in New York reports: “I believe I have a slam dunk case against this firm for filing a false affidavit of service. The only two parties in the house at the time that fit the description could not physically be there because they were both at work. My girlfriend – whom the description fits exactly, how convenient is that – was at work by 8:29 am and lives almost 20 miles away and my mother was at work at her not for profit day school. My girlfriend has electronic proof from her employer and my mother has witnesses. Service was at 8:13 am, a clear and blatant lie. They got default.”
judgment from this, again how convenient. Please contact my girlfriend at work who is a paralegal if you wish to monitor, assist or are interested in any way. Please feel free to post this email to your site, you have my permission to do so.
