MS in the United Kingdom says:  ” I have unfortunately been of work sick since September last year 2006, I have a current account plus and a flexiloan both covered by HSBC own insurance policy.  It has taken untill now for them to send me claim forms both of which require me to pay to get them completed but due to bank charges etc all monies paid to me via Sickness Benefits are seized by the bank leaving me with no income whatsoever thus not allowing me to get these forms filled in, a deliberate policy to enable HSBC to make good profit from customers like me who now owe large amounts due to bank chgarges, people should be aware of HSBC policy toward treating their ncustomers so badly.”
