RS in Virginia said: “First the HSBC card was not accepted at merchants even after it was paid in full. Now HSBC keeps calling after the card was cancelled. The HSBC rep is a smart ass who needs a severe beating.”

JV in Indiana said: “HSBC is calling me every hour on the hour. They want my son who has not lived here in over 5 years, which I’ve told them. They continue to harass me every single day.
They never simply leave a message.”

DM in Texas said: “Though informed of difficulties and resolve to make payment, HSBC continues to harass with calls numbering 12-16 a day. HSBC is totally totally unprofessional. Scam artists is too good a term for these rip off artists!”

HSBC will never get this California man as a valued customer. He said “8 CALLS in one day is overkill!! HSBC is asking for someone that does not live at my address and number, and they are RUDE!!”

RC in North Carolina said: “I have an account with HFC, over the years I was NEVER late and sometimes paid more than the min. payment. As we all know times are tough right now so for the last few months we have been late. NEVER OVER 30 DAYS. The people from HFC start calling 2 days after the due date and when I say calling I mean 4 times an HOUR !! No joke. I get so stressed hearing the dang phone ringing off the hook (even after I have talked to someone) What really gets me is they ask for more than whats due. They always ask for 2 months of payment which is crazy ! I am sick and tired of these people and I am tempted to tell them I am not going to pay at all if they keep harrassing me. It just gets to me that we are not ever 30 days late and they start calling 2 days after due date ! Isn’t that against the law ?? Thanks for reading.”
