TC in Florida said: “My interest rate rate went sky high to almost 32 percent. I called HSBC 4 times to lower my interest rate and they will not. I need to know what to do since I can no longer continue giving them $600.00 per month. I think that in todays ecomomy 32% is way out of line. The only thing that they tell me is to continue to make the payments on time and then HSBC might lower my interest rate.”
