MN said: “HSBC somehow got my prepaid cell phone number and won’t stop calling. It cost me money to answer their calls, so i just stopped answering my phone. I am not the person they are looking for and I told them this to no avail. How can I get them to stop harrasing me?”

MS in Wisconsin said this about HSBC Finance: “If you are going to call me 13 times a day…SAY SOMETHING WHEN I ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE!!! I have never had a credit card in my LIFE or any loans for that matter so you are obviously calling the wrong number! When I answer the phone there is silence on the other end.
