NC in Michigan said: “I have too received numerous calls from hsbc at least 50 a day including early morning and late at nite and all day sunday what gives its very annoying ive talked to them and they dont care. Can something be done?”

NC in Texas said: “I do not have an account with HSBC but receive at least 10 to 15 calls a day from two different numbers. 800-395-2274 and 800-684-8429. Calls are coming into (redacted). Stop the calls, we have no business with you.”

Ryan in Colorado said: “I get a phone call from HSBC at least 1-3 times a day. And I’ve asked them politely NOT to call my number and or have it removed from their list 5 times already and they still haven’t deleted my phone number. I’m even on a do not call list on 2 sites and yet, the govt seems not to take action against HSBC.

LJ in Pennsylvania said: “I was notified several weeks ago that my credit card had been cancelled by HSBC. I contacted them 5 times with no legitimate response. HSBC asked me about my son and many, many other questions. I answered them all. Then I was told that “I failed” the test! I asked “what test”?

AC in Missouri said: “I keep getting calls from 214-488-6895. I dont have any clue why they are calling me. I dont have any loan with HSBC. They keep looking for someone named Ronald. I keep telling them they have the wrong number and to please add it to their company records that my number does not belong to Ronald and please stop calling me.
