MY in the Philippines said: “I called 85-800 six times and I cant talk with your customer service agent. Whats wrong with your hotline. I did a balance transfer if I didn’t confirm it with your agent i will be paying an interest. Your hotline is a junk…!!!”

JA in the Philippines said: “In my august bill statement, there appeared a 1000php charge from caltext lapu-lapu. This was a surprise in my case because i never had much more than 200php of gas every time. I made a call in hsbc already and i hope HSBC will make action on this. This is such a disgusting experience.
